Each individual is permitted to hold only one wlnpk Account. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. wlnpk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances held therein, including winnings generated through duplicate Accounts.
wlnpk will request identity verification documents at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to Account closure.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wlnpk Account password and login credentials. wlnpk strongly recommends enabling any two-factor authentication options available in your Account settings. You agree to notify wlnpk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.
Your Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. wlnpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or from any unauthorised Account access that results from such failure.
All personal information registered against your Account must remain accurate and current throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of balances.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. wlnpk may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts as specified in the Cashier section of the Platform. wlnpk will provide reasonable advance notice before any inactivity fee is applied.
wlnpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast / 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Cash deposit arrangements may also be available subject to current operational terms. wlnpk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are published in the Cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take one to three business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

All bets and wagers placed on the wlnpk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as published on the relevant game or market page. In the event of any conflict between general wagering rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
wlnpk sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC events — as well as other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction appears in your Account balance. In-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and may be suspended without notice.
wlnpk reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's Account. wlnpk will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify such errors promptly.
All casino games available on the wlnpk Platform are governed by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the results produced by live dealing in real time. You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion at any time via your Account settings or by contacting wlnpk Support. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be prevented from accessing the Platform. wlnpk will not knowingly send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
All wlnpk Account Holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active, in line with responsible gaming best practice.

wlnpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account Holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) the Account Holder fails to complete required identity verification; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or financial risk to wlnpk or its players.
Upon Account termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account Holder via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.
You may request voluntary closure of your wlnpk Account at any time by contacting wlnpk Support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be disbursed to your registered payment account after closure processing is complete.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wlnpk holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to wlnpk's internal complaints resolution process.

Your continued use of the wlnpk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
